The talk section is now operational
When you select one news, you now have 2 tabs. One to review opinions and votes and the
other, to post and review comments about the news. Unlike the rest of the site,
You can post comments anonymously, including multiple comments per news. There is a button
at the top, in the middle of the screen to post a top level comment. And next to each
comment, there is a reply link. Threads may be nested.

Each comment has a title and a body.
