The trli-manager project
For now, there is no LXC containers yet. But starting and configuring all those components
is getting tedious. So we started the trli-manager project. This program generates configurations
for all components.

The goal is to generate all the configuration for all the servers in the cluster. So a single
file describes the various servers, the components they are running. trli-manager generates
the configuration for each server and generates the blackhole rules used to connect all this.
