Banner and message files

  The banner file is displayed before the user actually log in.  This is
  an ordinary text file. You can write it using special cookies which
  are replaced by the ftp server when displaying.

  Here is a list of the available cookies. Consult "_m_a_n _f_t_p_a_c_c_e_s_s" for
  more details. Note that some cookies only work in messages file and
  not in the banner file.

  +o  %B absolute limit on disk blocks allocated

  +o  %I maximum number of allocated inodes (+1)

  +o  %i preferred inode limit

  +o  %q current number of allocated inodes

  +o  %H time limit for excessive disk use

  +o  %h time limit for excessive files
