1. Appearance

1.1 Look as

How the GUI should look: as Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows 98.

1.2 Default font

The font X font which will be used if no specific font is requested by the application.

1.3 Default display resolution

The Resolution is here to specify the actual display resolution in dpi, since the X11 resolution is not reliable (it is usually hard-coded at 75).

This is used to convert font point size into pixel size. It does not necessarily change all fonts aspects identically because of rounding issue, especially for small pixel sizes.
