File server options

1. Default modes

• 1.1 Standard create mode for directories (octal)
• 1.2 Standard create mode for files (octal)

2. Misc

• 2.1 Allow access to other dirs than login/*
• 2.2 Open as read-only (compatibility flag)
• 2.3 Allow the rename file call
• 2.4 Allow file deletion while used by another process
• 2.5 Store file base entries for later use
• 2.6 Limits volume's free space reporting to 2 GB
