Fax zones


  Faxing may be expensive. In many countries, phone charges vary based
  on distance. Various phone areas may be defined with access rules,
  which let people fax under control.

  11..  IIDD

  Each fax zone has an ID. It is a string which will be used in various
  reports and error messages.


  22..  PPhhoonnee zzoonnee pprreeffiixx

  This is the prefix of a phone number which identifies an area.  Every
  phone number matching this prefix will be managed by the rule defined
  below.


  33..  PPhhoonnee nnuummbbeerr lleennggtthh

  When managing a fax, the gateway picks the phone number and strips
  away all non-digits. The results must match the "phone number length."
  If not, the email-fax is rejected.

  Pick a rule you have defined in the "Fax access rule." This controls
  who can fax to this zone and from where.
