For each machine, a dialog is presented. You must enter the root password on the target machine and the transport command to use. It defaults to the transport command specified for the adminitration group. Any change you make there (transport command) is preserved from one session to the other.
The password is not written anywhere. At some point, we will store the server using some encryption, to avoid retyping the password over and over.
This turn on various debug message on standard error channel. This might be useful if you are unsure of the reliability of the transport command you are using.
