  Some fax destinations are restricted to only a few users. Those users
  are identified with their email address and optionally with their PGP
  signature.

  The access control principle of the mail to fax gateway is this:


  +o  Fax zones and fax aliases are associated with fax rules.

  +o  A fax rule may define a list of users who can fax to any zones or
     aliases managed by this rule.

  +o  A fax rule may contain a list of users.


  22..  UUsseerr ddeeffiinniittiioonn

  A user is identified by his email address. The user name is used as a
  reference only.

  The PGP signature is the public PGP key of this user. It allows the
  gateway to certify that a message originates from this user.  This
  lets remote users use your "email to fax gateway" in a controlled
  fashion.
