Tables

Table file have the extension table.

• title:
• font:
• step: number
  Identifies the start of a step. By default, each row represent one step.
• h: header line. May be repeated. Items are separated by commas.
• Table rows starts on new lines. Fields are separated by commas.
  A field holding just a _ means that it is merged with the previous one,
  making a multi-column field.
