Each server is connected to two production networks
  -+ management network
  -production network A: 192.168.10.0/24
  -production network B: 192.168.11.0/24
All horizons and sub-blackholes are using floating IP numbers
  -They are using IPs from a third network 192.168.12.X
  -but with 255.255.255.255 netmask
  -IP installed on the loopback
