IP numbers allocated to vservers are meaningless
  -Only useful inside the physical server
Vserver X1 on server X may have the same IP as the vserver Y1
   on server Y
Yet they can talk to each other!!!
If allowed by a blackhole rule
Vservers IP are (usually) installed on the loopback network interface
   -vserver.conf: IPROOT=lo:`alloc_ip vserver-name 192.168.3`
