The following packages are needed on all masters
   -blackhole-horizon
   -blackhole-conproxy
Same configuration for all horizons, no configuration for conproxy
   -IP numbers of the blackholes allowed to connect
   -IP numbers and ports on the loopback, used by the vservers to request connections
    (Generally 192.168.2.1, 192.168.2.2, ...)
blackhole package is installed
   -on management servers (normally two)
   -on strategic servers accross the network (sub-blackholes)
   -blackhole generally runs in a vserver
   -blackhole-conproxy is installed with blackhole
blackhole-wormhole is installed
   -in a vserver
   -having connectivity between multiple networks
   -blackhole-conproxy is installed with wormhole
