Just a generalisation of the rules
	-Use the <b>arule</b> command
	-<b>rule left-side target1</b>
	-<b>arule left-site target2</b>
Supports different weight/priority per target
A target not responding will be skipped
        -blackholes are pinging horizons every 5 seconds
Supports redundant load balancers
	-Just install multiple blackholes with same configuration
	-Allow balancing of the cluster
